I spent much of last Sunday freaking out because I realized the baby was due in 6 weeks and didn't feel prepared for his arrival. I'm glad I got that out of my system because by the middle of the week I realized that my count was off. This past Sunday was the 6 week mark, so I got the freaking out done early and have an extra to prepare. I'm doing much better since I was able to get a lot of work done on his room last week while the house was being repaired. I finally got my washer and dryer hooked up so I could wash his sheets. Today I plan to make his bed!
I've had many people comment that I don't look like I'm due in 6 weeks. I'm thankful for that fact especially since I always thought I would set records for having the biggest stomach ever!! The Lord has really helped make the move easier by keeping me small so I can clean and unpack the house. I also have not hit the "get this kid out of me" feeling yet, but I'm sure that will come. For now I am trying to enjoy my last few weeks of it being just me before I have my little guy to take care of.

It won't be long now. Enjoy the last few weeks when your baby is always with you :) Can't wait to see pictures of you new house!
I had people telling me I didn't look "that" pregnant until 4 days before my daughter was born. I went to renew our vehicle registration, and the registrar said, "you look like that baby's ready to come any minute!"
Enjoy the last few weeks; get plenty of rest, etc... And when baby comes, try to just relax and enjoy getting to know the little one.

I'm so glad that you are doing well. It's a good thing I wasn't with you - you know that i am really good at freaking out! So I wouldn't have been any help.
Just wanted to drop you a line to say that we miss you very much and that I'm sorry that I haven't called. I keep forgetting to put your new number in my cell phone...so everytime that I think about calling, I don't have your number with me!
