Who is more better?

I'm reading Bringing Up Boys by Dr. Dobson. The lists below were in one of the chapters and I found them to be quite comical. They were all made up by kids. So the question still remains: who is more better? (I'm sorry if the print is too small. If you click on the picture it should make it bigger so you can read it.
