I know Amanda and my brothers will be able to truly embrace this post.
We all had the same French teacher, Madame Seal, and I'm sure none of us have forgotten her. I was looking on Rachael Ray's website for recipes for dinner when I came across a recipe for Croque Madame's and it brought back memories of the days spent in her class. I decided to make them the other night. We both enjoyed it and even got a small at home date out of the meal because Graham fell asleep while I was cooking it. This sounds fantastic. I think after I can eat them, because we are doing the Makers Diet right now, I am definately going to put them on the menu.
