I'm 2 too!

I just realized that my 2 boys are 2! Reed turned 2 months old on Saturday! Here's what he is up to:

*Any routine I thought he was developing last month has changed! If we need to go out anywhere, we try to do it in the morning since that works best for both boys. Reed tends to be fussy in the morning and at night. He has learned to fall asleep in the swing and will take a 3-4 hour nap in there most afternoons and he has been sleeping for 6-7 hours in a row at night. This is one thankful and better rested Mommy!!

* He has learned to smile, although he did not feel like it when we took the 2 month pictures.

*He talks a little more each day and Graham gets excited whenever he makes any non-crying sounds. He announces to everyone, "Baby Brother talking!"

*He is getting better and better at holding his head up.

*He had his first two bottles last week and took them pretty well, but still does not really like the pacifier.

*He loves looking at the quilt next to the changing table and the mobile in his bed.

*He loves to be bounced or shaken (not roughly of course). I guess rough housing is just a part of being a boy. Kind of like how Graham likes to be banged into walls and the ceiling!

*He enjoys sitting in front of fans.

*He is still wearing a size 2 diapers, but might be moved up before he turns 3 months. He wears mostly 3-6 months clothes and some 6-9 months too! We go next week for a check-up to get official measurements.

*He is looking forward to flying twice in Jan. We made plans to go to FL and NY within a two week window so he will get to experience some extremes temperatures for sure!
