Douglas Lake

At the beginning of July (yes over 6 weeks ago) we met Anthony's parents, brother and his kids, and Loren and the boys at Douglas Lake (about 15 miles from Pigeon Forge). We stayed in a very unique home that was on the lake and included an indoor swimming pool. Grandpa brought his boat and we had some wonderful time together as a family.

**Side note- the pictures aren't the greatest because the lens had little fingerprints all over it. I wonder who is responsible for that?

Indoor pool- it was chilly so Graham enjoyed throwing anything
he could get his hands on into the pool rather than swimming

We opted out of a day at Dollywood (myself for obvious reasons and because Anthony finds he is too tall for most rides) and instead took Graham miniature golfing. He did great, although 9 holes would have been more appropriate that 18!

We all went to the Ripley's Aquarium and apparently picked the worst day to try to get to Gatlinburg- it took 2 1/2 hours and should have taken 45 min. I guess going the day they have their 4th of July celebration wasn't the best plan! The aquarium was fun nonetheless.
